Aayurveda- Sanjivani of Life
Hi, I'm Rahul Deokar newly joined to this group. I'm an Aeronautical engineer.. I'm trying to share my Aaurvedic experience with all of you....
It was 2002 when I was doing my 10th... Exam was on the door & suddenly I fell sick cause of Malaria & Gastro.. I was admitted in Hospital for 4 days & Doctors were not sure about me.. But thanks to them & God who saved me from that critical situation.. I recovered but not completely..From that time my stomach starts paining.. I cheeked with Doctors so many time but I was not getting any output.. Every doctor was giving me different output & different suggestion.. Finally with the help of one Doctor I came to Pune in Sahyadri Hospital one of the famous hospital in Pune... After undergoing lot of tests I came to now that my lever was damaged cause of LIVER IMMUNE HEPATITIS... A disease which is very rare in gents... Because of this disease my platalate count was always less which is again big issue cause at that time I was just of 22 years.. I was having only two options either LIVER transplant or to take medicine for longer time but in this case chances were less.. I'm from poor class family & supported by my maternal uncle..So liver transplant was almost impossible for me so I decided to continue with medicine and left all things on God... Doctor advised me to take STEROID.. So I started to take Wysolone ( 20 & 10 mg ) Medicine.. I was not knowing about it's side effects & even Doctor didn't inform me about it... I continued that medicine more than 2 years.. Cause of it I put on weight.. From 52 my weight became 80.. Somewhat shock able for me & for others also.. My liver was getting recovered but steroid started to affect my other body parts also.. My all joints became very weak.. I got stretch marks on my body parts like stomach, hands & legs... My hip joints & shoulder joints was creating lot of problems.. I was unable to walk, sit & lift the small amount of weight.. Then again After a lengthy process of tests I came to now that ball-socket arrangement of my left hip was almost dead.. Again Doc asked me to go under surgery which was not possible for me... I was totally depressed cause of health problems.. My mind was full of negative thoughts & I had lost all hopes about my health...
My life was so problematic & so disturbed.. At that time one of my friend showed me the way towards Aayurveda. At the first time I was not interested for it cause I have heard lot of myths about Aayurveda.. But she forced me & finally we went in Aayurveda Clinic & the Doctor Name is Dr Atul Rakshe.. I consulted with him. he was very much confident in my case so I start trusting on his confidence and slowly slowly I realize that I'm getting recovered. Initially I was taking Aayurvedic medicines regularly & I was really getting lot of relief from my pain.. Also my confidence was building up slowly.. I was pretty much happy about it.. I took the dose completely for six months but unfortunately after that I went to Chennai to finish my studies.. I stayed in Chennai for one whole year. During that time I neglected my medicines & also neglected my health. I had totally forgot about my medicines.. I was suffering but I was not taking that much proper care & this was my biggest mistake for which I'm regretting now days..
After one year again I realized that I should finish my treatment so again I started to take Aayurvedic medicine by Dr Rakshe's suggestion and within a month I got unbelievable result.. My pain is now reduced almost by 50%.. I can walk straight & even now I can run a bit.. My shoulders are absolutely fine & even my weight is well maintained & stretch marks are also reduced..
Now again I'm Confident and very well improved in my health.. I was thinking that Aayurvedic medicines take longer time for recovery but now I realized that it is totally myth.. Until & unless we don't take Aayurvedic medicine we will not realize..
So My Friends please never neglect your Health & Never Never do the mistake like I've done.. Now I'm telling my Friends about my experience & now they are also turning to the Aayurveda..
I just wanna say Thanks to Dr Atul Rakshe for inspiring me & for showing the perfect path for my Health Recovery of Aayurveda..
