1 July 2010, Pune
‘Beyond Horizons Health And Social Circle’ (BHHAS) announced its new project – Youth for health and change on 1 July 2010-National Doctor's day.
Through this project, BHHAS aims to find solutions to the problems arising from lifestyle, food and social stigma.
Dr. Atul Rakshe, founder of BHHAS gave information about the initiative in a press conference at Pune. He said that youth has tremendous potential to bring change. Health does not always mean ‘absence of disease’. A healthy society can only come to existence with healthy individuals and healthy families. Personal health, social awareness and concern for the environment are reflections of healthy minds. We can use food, lifestyle, art and emotions much more effectively for better living, healthy societies and environment.
We can fight the challenges of ever-increasing number of diseases and issues like global warming only if the youth changes itself.
BHHAS will organize free lectures and workshops about lifestyle, Ayurveda, health, environment and culture for various institutes, companies and groups.
